Job summary

Resilience Counseling is seeking a compassionate Associate Therapist (Part-Time) to work with children, teens, and adults dealing with OCD, anxiety, and trauma. The role includes exposure-based therapy like ERP, CBT, and EMDR, with paid training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

The position offers a pathway to advanced skills through our Associate Therapist Training Program, with supervision and strong administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (MSW, MFT, or equivalent).
• Current registration with the California BBS as AMFT, ASW, or APCC.
• Passion for working with OCD, anxiety, and trauma.
• Willingness to work at least three evenings per week.
• Strong communication skills and desire to learn within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, teens, and adults with OCD, anxiety, and trauma.
• Participate in ERP, CBT, and EMDR approaches.
• Engage in weekly supervision and mentorship.
• Contribute to building and managing caseload with supervision.
