Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop personal relationships with local providers.
• Facilitate new provider check-ins for practices.

• Collaborate with the manager to address workflow issues.
• Participate in PIP or disciplinary actions.
• Lead aligned initiatives in primary care without being a site chief.
