Job summary

42North Dental in Bedminster Township, NJ, seeks a part-time Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and create treatment plans while maintaining records and upholding ethics. Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900 USD, with a schedule of two Saturdays per month from 7AM to 12PM.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
