Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivering care, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

A strong flow of new patients supports a busy, rewarding practice environment. We offer 401(k) on day one, ongoing continuing education, and mentorship within an impressive network of doctors.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state.
• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
