The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is the key to our success!

Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Maintain assigned store sections, order, receive, and stock merchandise using proper equipment, ensure correct pricing, check product date codes, and stock shelves, displays, and refrigerated cases. May prepare perishable products for sale.
• Set up advertising and promotional displays. Review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation standards in all store areas and parking lot as directed by management.
• Operate a cash register, process payments, and handle refunds with approval.
• Verify customer eligibility when selling alcoholic beverages.
• Assist customers courteously with current store and product information.
• Load customer purchases into vehicles when requested.
• Record lost/damaged goods and store supplies accurately.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and write English and interact effectively with the public and co-workers.
• Ability to understand simple instructions, labels, and memos.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
