Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through lobby flow and queue management.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and help with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking, including digital channels like mobile app, web, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and coordinating with branch teammates to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with bank policies.
