Responsabilités

• Greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service; manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including digital banking tools (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank policies.
