• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
