Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations and deliver attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch team to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash device handling in line with bank policies.
