JPMorgan Chase & Co. Nederland Branch seeks an Associate Banker for a 30-hour, part-time schedule in Nederland, TX. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide customers through digital banking tools while delivering friendly, personalized service.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Strong communication to understand and help clients.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn banking products, services and procedures.
• Comfort with technology self-service options and digital banking tools.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment for clients entering the branch and manage lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options.
• Build meaningful client relationships and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM tasks, in compliance with policies.
