As part of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will assist with transactions, open accounts, and educate customers on Chase Mobile App and online services while adhering to policies and procedures.

• Ability to greet clients and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts, following policies.
• Educate clients on using Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Support branch operations, including cash devices, per bank procedures.
