Job summary

Chase is hiring a Part Time Associate Banker at the Portsmouth Victory Branch in Portsmouth, VA. You will welcome clients, assist with day-to-day transactions, and help open new accounts while delivering friendly service in a busy branch environment.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM self-service, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with teammates to meet branch goals. The schedule is day shifts for 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, adhering to policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and experts.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices and adhering to bank policies.
