Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures team delivers engaging, positive customer experience.
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, escalates as needed.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and safe environment to maximize customer experience.
• Shares feedback from customers with leadership to improve overall experience.
• Performs floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associates' performance.
• Supports associate engagement by recognizing outstanding performance.
• Drives efficiency in store operations and maintains visual standards.
