We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the store. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. You should be adaptable, driven, and customer-focused.

What You'll Do
  • Support your Store Manager in meeting sales goals and sales growth.
  • Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team.
  • Create buzz and engage customers through promotions and social media.
  • Provide operational leadership, balancing sales, customer service, and store operations.
  • Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules.
  • Communicate with leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategies.
  • Merchandise the store effectively and launch promotions timely.
  • Collaborate with your Store Manager to develop your team of high-performing associates.
What You'll Need
