Job summary

The Cato Corporation in Selma, AL is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to join its team. You will support store operations, supervise staff, assist with merchandising, customer service, training, scheduling, and help manage expenses to drive store performance and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Two years of retail store management experience is required; multi-store management experience is preferred.
