Job summary

The Cato Corporation seeks a Part Time Assistant Manager for our store in Indianapolis, IN to help lead the team and drive sales.

You will oversee staffing, merchandising, expense control, customer service, and loss prevention while supporting planning and forecasting to meet store goals.

This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to training and motivating staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store management experience required.
• Multi-store management experience preferred.
