Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Experience conducting site patrols and monitoring for unusual activity is preferred.

• Background checks and drug screening may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to customers, team members, and visitors by following site procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store and surrounding areas to deter theft and hazards.
• Respond to incidents and customer concerns in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe activities to deter security risks and unauthorized access.
• Document incidents and communicate findings promptly to site leadership and supervision.
