Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for a weekend shift with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing client in West El Paso. You will join the Production Department, supporting the Manufacturing Team and following SOPs and GMP to ensure accurate assembly.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and enjoy a detail‑oriented, proactive role. Basic English is preferred but not required, with opportunities for overtime and career growth in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED.
• 2 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic English reading, writing, and understanding preferred, but not required.
• Skills in operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train to perform duties related to the preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients and/or medical devices according to standard operating procedures and regulations (FDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Understand production processes and equipment in the assigned area.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Transport materials of varying weights safely, using material handling equipment and assistance as needed.

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembler to join their team on the weekend shift. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: West El Paso

Shift: 6AM - 6PM Saturday-Sunday

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
