R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Patient Registration Representative in Cedar Park, TX. You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing check-ins and phone calls with calm, compassionate support in a fast-paced setting.

With minimal delays in registration, you’ll help patients understand insurance processes while collaborating with care teams to ensure smooth flow and accurate data entry. Training will be provided to build your healthcare career.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with check-in, registering patients across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing registration delays and answering questions with confidence and compassion.
• Build trust with patients during stressful moments of illness or anxiety.
• Navigate insurance plans, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates when applicable.

Schedule: PRN - as needed, 48 hours a month minimum requirement, 24 hours on call

Part Time Patient Registration Representative

What you’ll do: Serve as thefirst point of contactfor patients, managing phone calls and computer-based check-ins with accuracy and efficiency. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
