Job summary

Annunciation Catholic School is seeking a part-time Art Teacher for the 2026-27 school year in Miami, FL. The teacher will plan and implement an art program for K-8, work as part of a professional team, and align with the Archdiocese of Miami's mission and values.

Requirements include a BS/BA in Art, FL teaching certificate (temporary or professional), catechetical certification within three years, and a minimum of two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Art or related field.
• Florida Department of Education teaching certificate required (temporary or professional).
• Must obtain catechetical certification from Archdiocese within three years of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Strong presentation skills; proficient with instructional technologies; able to engage K-8 students.

• Plan, organize, and implement an appropriate art program for assigned grade levels.
• Be professional, disciplined, and a team player in alignment with the Archdiocese mission, vision, and values.
