Job summary

The United States Army Reserve is recruiting for a Part-Time 91S Mechanical & Equipment Maintenance position in California. This role provides hands-on training to maintain and repair advanced vehicle systems while building skills transferable to civilian automotive and heavy equipment careers.

You will learn to diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and manuals, and perform engine, hydraulic, fuel, and electrical repairs to keep equipment mission-ready.

Qualifications

Attend paid Army training to gain skills and certifications in mechanical diagnostics, vehicle systems maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, engine repair, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, and equipment safety procedures.
Advanced certifications available with additional fully funded Army programs.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience maintaining and repairing advanced vehicle systems.
Develop skills to diagnose equipment malfunctions using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
Perform engine, hydraulic, fuel, and electrical system repairs to keep equipment ready for missions.
