12S Engineering & Construction seeks part-time Army Reserve engineers to gain hands-on experience in engineering and construction within San Diego. You will train while supporting projects that enhance Army infrastructure and ensure operations run smoothly on the ground.

You will work with construction plans, technical specs, project requirements, and field operations, building problem-solving and teamwork skills that apply to civilian careers in construction and engineering.

Qualifications

• Attend paid Army training to gain skills in engineering fundamentals, construction methods, project planning, surveying, drafting, infrastructure maintenance, and field operations.
