Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Responder in Phoenix, AZ to safeguard government locations and support a responsive security posture. This part-time role offers a daytime schedule and a $23.00 per hour rate, with opportunities to contribute to a dependable security team.

You will perform armed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while upholding Allied Universal values and delivering excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Minimum age of 21 for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff at government services locations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional, calm manner and notify appropriate responders.
• Conduct armed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for restricted areas.
• Prepare reports on patrols, incidents, and security observations.
