Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license required.
• Minimum age 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, tenants, and staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; report suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, alarms, coordinating with responders.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment per laws and site rules.
