Job summary

Levy Restaurants at State Farm Arena is seeking a Bar Back (Harrah's Club) to support bartenders and ensure guests enjoy their time throughout the arena. You will receive liquor, beer and wine from storeroom and replenish stock as needed during shifts.

This part-time, event-based role includes nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on Hawks home games. Ideal candidates are outgoing, professional and able to stand long hours in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and actively engage with guests.
• Lift/move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Ensures beer taps are working properly.
• Places appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies stocked throughout shift.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Maintains bar area cleanliness and tidiness; washes surfaces and floors as needed.
• Removes rubbish from all receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
