You’ll host monthly one-hour workshops, answer questions, share real-world drafting insights, discuss tools and workflows, and offer 1:1 coaching when requested. Earn $50 per workshop with upside from private coaching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional drafting experience in architectural, construction, or design firms.
• Strong communication and teaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis.
• Answer student questions about architectural drafting careers and the job search.
• Share real-world insight into what entry-level drafting roles actually look like.
• Discuss tools, workflows, and expectations in real drafting environments.
• Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it.
