Catalyst Brands seeks a Part-Time Supervisor in Maryland to support the management team in delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will help run store operations, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and shoppers.

You will model our values, handle POS duties on shifts, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and growth in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualificações

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail or similar volume store.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and store metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May travel to other store locations if needed.
