Job summary

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a part-time AP Teacher to instruct AP Calculus and AMC 10, supporting elementary students in math with Think Academy curriculum. The role involves classroom assistance, feedback to students, and parent communication.

The position requires a STEM degree, strong calculus knowledge, and willingness to work 12–20 hours weekly, including weekends and weekday afternoons. Prior teaching experience is preferred and compensation is $40/hour for teaching time plus $20/hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• Strong knowledge of Calculus and high‑school mathematics.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
• Experience with AP Calculus, AMC, or competition math is a plus.
• Passionate about teaching and the education industry, with a mission to provide better education and promote social development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly responsible and enjoy working with children.
• Can commit to at least one full semester of teaching (Spring: Jan‑May; Summer: June‑Aug; Fall: Aug‑Dec).
• Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends.
