Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Partners’ Coastal Anesthesiology Division seeks a board-certified/board-eligible General Anesthesiologist for a part-time role in Greater Portland, Maine. The position blends private practice independence with a support network across community hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.

Besides a flexible schedule (2 weeks on/2 weeks off), the package includes generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and potential incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible anesthesiologists are welcome.
• Experience in a care-team model with CRNA collaboration preferred.
• Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center coverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across community hospitals and ASCs in Greater Portland.
• Manage cases independently when needed and participate in team-based care.
• Maintain regular call coverage with potential for home call based on proximity.
