Qualifications

• Prior college teaching experience preferred.
• The successful candidate must have a high level of computer literacy and a commitment to teaching.
• All schedules require office hours and some may require evening and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of their discipline and commitment to student success.
• Employ teaching methods with technology across modalities to facilitate learning.
• Facilitate needs of different learners with responsive pedagogical techniques.
• Examine and adapt instructional practices to engage and support students.
• Engage in student consultation, course preparation, and syllabus development.
• Provide prompt and constructive feedback through office hours and assessments.
• Respond promptly to student emails and meet reporting deadlines.
• Participate in service to the college and its community.
