Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Anatomy, Physiology, or Biological Sciences (or related field).
• Master’s in Biological Sciences with 18 graduate credits in Anatomy/Physiology or Dental/Medical Sciences.
• PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of their discipline and commit to Broward College’s mission to foster student success.
• Employ teaching methods to accommodate varied academic preparation and use engaging technology across modalities.
• Facilitate needs of different learners with responsive pedagogical techniques.
• Examine and adapt instructional practices to better engage and support students.
• Engage in student consultation, course preparation, and syllabus development.
• Provide prompt and constructive feedback to students via office hours and assessments.
• Adhere to deadlines (grade processing, enrollment verification, syllabus submission, etc.) and participate in college service.
