Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program.
• Experience in ambulatory surgical centers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with staff, patients, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures under supervision and demonstrates competence as a team member.
• Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Supports quality improvement activities and organizational objectives.
• Weekdays only; no holidays, weekends, or on-call.
