Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize multiple projects.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal instruction and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical requirements include heavy lifting up to 40 lbs and prolonged standing; may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times (internal and external).
• Provide best-in-class customer service through inventory control and distribution.
• Use company tools and resources securely and effectively.
• Maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe per Health & Safety standards.
• Accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, returns, and transfers using handheld devices or equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and process controls.
• Maintain stock security and resolve inventory issues.
• Identify and report discrepancies to management.
