Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from the BWI Airport. You will ensure arrival and departure experiences are friendly and efficient, assist with luggage, and provide clear directions to hotel facilities.

The role requires a polite, safety-minded driver with the ability to work weekends and holidays and maintain a professional appearance. Hotel experience is preferred and a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to deal with customers calmly and professionally.
• Excellent driving record and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the BWI Airport and other designated sites.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage and facilitating safe, timely shuttle service.
• Maintain safety and traffic rules during driving and parking operations.
• Provide directions and hotel information to guests and answer inquiries.
• Ensure shuttle operations run smoothly and on schedule.
• Wear a professional appearance and comply with attendance requirements.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management.
