Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport on the taxiway to ensure safety and punctuality.
• Load, unload, and sort passenger baggage as a baggage handler, and transfer baggage on the ramp, cargo/freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist with aircraft operations and baggage delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and on-time departures.
• May clean the interior of aircraft and service lavatories.
• Create a positive passenger experience by greeting passengers and providing seamless check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and handle fees.
• Inform passengers about their trips and belongings, ensuring clear communication.
• Work with the team to process passenger information accurately and ensure timely flight departures.
• Resolve passenger issues related to flight interruptions in a friendly and timely manner.
• May work in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage and assist passengers.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (some restrictions may apply)
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and days off
• Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Enjoy working under deadlines and in a physically demanding outdoor environment
• Clear, polite, and friendly communication skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
