Heartland Aviation, LLC seeks a part-time, detail-oriented professional to support the presentation and upkeep of aircraft interiors and exteriors. You will help ensure every aircraft is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, appearance, and care while operating in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning interiors and exteriors, sanitizing lavatories, polishing surfaces, and preparing aircraft for flights.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in aircraft detailing or related cleaning roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.

• Follow safety procedures and airport regulations.
• Report equipment issues and use cleaning tools responsibly.

We are seeking a part-time detail-oriented and dependable professional to support the presentation and upkeep of aircraft interiors and exteriors. In this role, you will help ensure every aircraft is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, appearance, and care while working in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail aircraft interiors and exteriors according to company and customer standards


• Vacuum carpets, clean surfaces, sanitize lavatories, and refresh cabin areas


• Wash, polish, and treat aircraft exteriors using approved methods and materials


• Remove trash, replenish supplies, and prepare aircraft for upcoming flights or maintenance


• Inspect work areas and aircraft surfaces for cleanliness, damage, or items requiring attention


• Follow all safety procedures, handling instructions, and airport or facility regulations


• Use cleaning equipment and products responsibly and report any equipment issues


• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other airport personnel


• Part-time flexible hours which will vary from day to day

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aircraft detailing, automotive detailing, janitorial work, or a related field is preferred


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team


• Comfortable working in varying environments and on a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed


• Ability to lift, bend, reach, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift


• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, detailing tools, and surface-safe cleaning techniques


• Experience working in aviation, airport, or maintenance-related environments


• Good communication and time management skills


• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a consistent standard of quality
