Job summary

Listing Ready Cleaning LLC in Downtown Austin is seeking reliable PART-TIME cleaners for short-term rental turnovers. Work in 2-person teams with a lead and the owner, Carolina, and help maintain quick, high-quality turnovers.

Each unit is ~1,500 sq ft (3 bed, 2 bath) and must be cleaned within 1.5 hours. Compensation is $25.00 per hour per person, with weekly pay and a path to more hours as the business grows. Sundays are required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Airbnb, VRBO, or hotel cleaning experience.
• Ability to work fast in a 2-person team.
• Reliable transportation to Downtown Austin.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean ~1,500 sq ft units (3 bed / 2 bath) within 1.5 hours each.
• Work in 2-person teams with a lead/supervisor and owner.
• Maintain speed and quality during turnovers.
• Turnovers completed for each unit as scheduled.
