Job summary

A non-profit agricultural organization is seeking part-time Field Enumerators to support agricultural producers in data collection. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in sales or agriculture, communication skills, and basic math skills. The role involves conducting interviews, crop counts, and requires a maintained vehicle. Comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a private workspace with minimal distractions.
• Experience working with diverse personalities.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
• Capability to walk unassisted on uneven ground for up to 100 yards.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate and unbiased agricultural data.
• Conduct interviews in person and over the telephone.
• Report daily progress, time, and mileage.
• Perform crop counts in designated agricultural fields.
