Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time coaches to run after-school sports programs for children aged 5–10 in Bay Area schools. Each session lasts about one hour, with potential for an extra 30 minutes of pre-care.

Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, with equipment provided. Sessions are held Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, 2–5 hours per week, and staff must have reliable transportation, vaccination, and complete a TB Live Scan background check.

Qualifications

Must be 19+ years old.
Local resident and available for in-person work.
Experience in sports/coaching or working with kids preferred.
Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
Must have reliable transportation.
Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting.
Must submit a photo and short biography to upload on our website and describe experience in sports.

Responsibilities

Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
Equipment is provided by the company; coach should have reliable transportation.
Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
Capture a few class photos for documentation.
