Candidates should have an established client base and a passion for delivering natural-looking results in a professional setting.

You will perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, conduct consultations, educate clients, and contribute to patient care and safety while growing your own practice within the practice.

Qualificações

• BSN degree required; NP license preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license active and unrestricted.
• 5+ years of experience in aesthetic treatments.
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Laser resurfacing experience strongly preferred.
• Existing clientele and established patient base.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection practices.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, in accordance with established clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals, anatomy, and medical history.
• Perform laser treatments, particularly laser resurfacing procedures, with an understanding of appropriate patient selection, treatment protocols, and post-procedure care.
• Educate clients on aesthetic treatments, skincare regimens, and appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation, treatment records, and photographs as appropriate.
• Provide exceptional patient care while fostering long-term client relationships and retention.
• Maintain knowledge of current aesthetic trends, technologies, products, and treatment techniques.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through client retention, relationship building, and an established clientele.
