Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Columbus (Upper Arlington), OH is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join our dynamic team. You will engage with clients to enhance their experience, schedule appointments, and support the clinical team with front desk operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, enrolling clients in treatments, and assisting with clinic tasks to help achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms.
