Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Sales Associate at Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids. You will be the face of the brand, delivering energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset while creating engaging shopping experiences and sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities include driving sales, supporting merchandising, cashier duties, and maintaining a safe, organized store. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with 0–1 year of experience encouraged; enthusiasm and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications
