Montgomery Medical Associates in Belle Mead, NJ is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (nurse practitioner) to join an established geriatrics-focused practice. The role splits time between the outpatient office and a nearby skilled nursing facility, supporting our team of three MDs and five APPs, delivering compassionate, personalized care to adults 13 and older.

Schedule is 20 hours per week across Tue/Wed 9a-5p and Thu 9a-1p, with potential for an occasional Saturday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of APN/APP experience.
• Active New Jersey NP or PA license.
• Part-time availability and ability to work 2 1/2 days per week.

Montgomery Medical Associates is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our established practice in Belle Mead. As part of our collaborative team, you will split time between our outpatient office and a nearby skilled nursing facility, helping us continue our commitment to compassionate and personalized patient care.

Team: 3 full time MDs, 2 full time APPs, 2 part time APPs

Location: 9 Dutchtown Harlingen Rd, Belle Mead, NJ 08502

Schedule: 2 ½ days (20 hrs/week)

• Tuesday 9a-5p
• Wednesday 9a-5p
• Thursday 9a-1p

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of APP experience
• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License

Notes

• Tuesday and Wednesday will be ½ day in office ½ day in nursing home (15 min from primary site)
• Thursday will be ½ day in office
• Potential for 1 Saturday (8a-1p) per month
