Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a quality-driven Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to join our post-acute care team in the New Braunfels, TX area. This part-time role (2-3 days/week) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with strong support and onboarding.

Compensation ranges from $54,236 to $65,084 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential. You will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and grow professionally through

Qualifications

  • State of Texas NP or PA license and DEA registration.
  • Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
  • Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
