Provive Wellness in Wayne, PA is seeking a Part-Time Adolescent Psychiatrist to support its growing adolescent program. You will perform psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, family-inclusive treatment and requires PA license or ability to obtain, with collaboration across PHP/IOP outpatient services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry.
• Fellowship training or significant experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in PHP/IOP or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for adolescent clients.
• Provide ongoing medication management and monitoring.
• Collaborate with therapists, clinical supervisors, and treatment teams.
• Participate in treatment planning and clinical case discussions.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation within the EMR.
• Support a trauma-informed, family-inclusive treatment approach.
