We’re looking for an Admissions Nurse who is compassionate, organized, clinically confident, and enjoys working with people to help make transitions into skilled nursing as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Part‑Time $30‑$53 per hour.
In this role, you’ll be an important connection between hospitals, physicians, residents, families, and our interdisciplinary team. You’ll use your nursing expertise to help determine whether we can safely meet a prospective resident’s needs while making sure every admission is thorough, accurate, and compliant.
