Job Title: Part-time Administrative Assistant

Location: Boulder, CO (on-site)

Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Employment Type: 3-month contract to begin with potential for extension and/or permanent hire

About the Part-Time Administrative Assistant Role:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Part-time Administrative Assistant to support a growing team in Boulder, CO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative office environment, takes initiative, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic company culture. This is a close-knit, intellectually driven team, and you’ll be a key contributor to keeping the office running smoothly including supporting the CEO and Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring meetings are scheduled efficiently and with attention to priorities.
  • Email Communication: Monitor and draft professional email correspondence on behalf of the CEO; ensure timely and appropriate follow-up with internal and external contacts.
  • Office Support: Assist the Office Manager with general office duties, including coordinating daily team lunches and ensuring shared spaces are maintained.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a helpful, engaged team member—ready to jump in and assist wherever needed, especially during quiet periods.
