The Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (LCSEE) at West Virginia University (WVU) invites applications for part‑time adjunct instructor positions to support its ongoing expansion and the strategic initiative of enriching its online and in‑person students’ education and research.
West Virginia University is an R1 research institution and is designated by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a National Center of Academic Excellence in both Cyber Defense Research and Cyber Defense Education. The university is a member of the USCYBERCOM academic engagement network (AEN) and the AFRL Information Institute, and the founding site of the multi‑university Center for Identification Technology Research (CITeR). WVU offers a graduate emphasis in Computational Data Science and digital health, and its master’s in Software Engineering program is fully online and highly ranked in collaboration with Coursera.
