Job summary

The College of Lake County is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Humanities courses, including HUM 127, Critical Thinking. This part-time position requires a Master’s degree in a related field with the ability to effectively communicate and support a diverse student body.

In this role, you will develop instructional materials, assess student learning, and engage in college governance. Candidates with experience working with diverse communities are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with coursework in literature, history, arts, or philosophy.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
• Strong communication skills for instructional support.
