Role Overview

Instruction of Theatre courses, i.e. Intro to Theatre and Playwriting.

Rate of pay: $765 per workload hour.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching assigned Theatre courses on a term‑by‑term basis.
  • Collaborate with potential directors, actors, stage technicians, and playwrights.
Physical Demands

Work environment typically moderate noise level. Employees must manipulate items with fingers, keyboarding, sit, stand, walk, hear, repetitive motions, and talk. Close visual acuity is required for analyzing data, transcribing, viewing computer terminal, extensive reading, and visual inspection.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Theatre is required.
  • Academic background in Theatre and knowledge of theatre techniques.
